Medifast program - a review by someone who had successfully

I clicked on the Medifast diet plan for about six months on the strategy for long in a loss of weight 60 pounds. Medifast Program - An overview of how it works

I've been on this diet program last year and has lost much weight (over 75 kg.) I think that not only the most successful diet Medifast've never tried, but comfortable that I was able to stick. I am often asked how it works, what the experience is like, and how difficult it is. I hope this article help answer these questions.
